The eye fillet comes from the loin of the beast and is the most tender of beef cuts. This muscle does very little work and so is meltingly tender. It is best cooked little and can be complemented by any sauce, butter or simply pepper.

Everytime we eat Kangaroobie Eye Fillet, we all comment on how it's the best steak we've ever eaten. So tender, it cuts with a butter knife. mmmmmmmmm

My family get excited when I bring home the eye fillet from Kangaroobie. Hot plate on the BBQ and I never go wrong at 5 minutes a side - always melt in the mouth and can cut it with a spoon. No one uses dressings as it is just the best how it is!
